Shahrod Khalkhali

Operations Manager

Shahrod has been an integral part of IV League Pharmacy for five years and currently serves as Operations Manager. He thrives on supporting team members in reaching their full potential, coordinating across departments, solving complex logistical challenges, and continuously refining processes to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care at home.

Shahrod earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, bringing analytical rigor and strategic insight to his role.

Outside of work, Shahrod enjoys photography, tennis, and exploring California's natural beauty.

Mary Volz

Director of Pharmacy

Mary has been a valued member of IV League Pharmacy for 11 years. She began her tenure as a Pharmacist and now serves as Director of Pharmacy, bringing deep clinical expertise and leadership to the role. She finds great satisfaction in ensuring patients receive safe and effective care within the comfort of their homes. Mary embraces the rewarding challenge of leading a dedicated team committed to exceptional service.

Mary earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, laying a strong foundation for her healthcare career.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family, friends, and her beloved rescue dog, Penny, a Rottweiler-Doberman mix. A fun fact about Mary—her first job involved skating around an ice rink dressed as a polar bear!

Kim Fowler

Director of Revenue Cycle

Kim Fowler serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle at IV League Pharmacy, bringing over 25 years of expertise in Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy. Since joining the company in March 2023, Kim has passionately focused on process improvement and problem-solving, ensuring the revenue cycle operates efficiently and effectively.

Originally from South Korea, Kim immigrated to the United States at age 19 and is the oldest of six siblings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy, and is currently pursuing her CPA certification.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys arts and crafts, gardening, fishing, and has a profound appreciation for nature. She treasures family time with her husband, two children, and two grandchildren.

Virginia Underwood

Intake Manager

Virginia is celebrating her 25th year at IV League Pharmacy in June 2025—her "Diamond Anniversary," as she proudly calls it! As Intake Manager, Virginia demonstrates exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring referral sources experience seamless coordination, accurate communication, and compassionate patient onboarding.

She deeply appreciates the company's multicultural environment, enjoying interactions with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and learning about their traditions and beliefs.

A talented musician, Virginia plays both the flute and viola. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into painting and spending quality time with her beloved Rottweiler—whose playful yet protective personality mirrors her own.
