In addition, our patients, physicians, nurses, and case managers have access to an on call clinical pharmacist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any urgent clinical questions.
Physician Services: Our highly trained clinical pharmacists monitor all aspects of patient care at home and communicate the results to the referring physician. We assist the physician in developing a plan of care regarding the medication, rate of administration, and monitor patient's progress at home.
